More singing from Nordic
Shy and retiring British popstar Robbie Williams is popular again now having rejoined Take That, the band he essentially condemned to death with his departure all those years ago. Fans of the publicity-shunning singer will soon be able to see a lot more of him on their TV than is possibly healthy, as Nordic Games is slotting Mr Williams into its popular We Sing series to create We Sing: Robbie Williams.Superimpose the running man into your world
You can't fault the fans of Gaijin's Bit.Trip series – from fanart to papercraft, they know how to show their love for Commander Video and friends. One ardent fan thinks there's more that can be done, and has created a YouTube 'call to arms' for other fans of the series.Somebody stop me going on eBay and buying Sega games I have no time to play, please. Just bought six GameGear games for £15! Gulp.
Do a barrel roll, of course
It's already available in North America and Europe of course, but those of you who want to see just one more video of Pearl Harbor Trilogy - 1941: Red Sun Rising before taking the download plunge are in luck today.Eternal Diva BluRay and DVD in one box
The top hat professor and his cheery chum Luke aren't just busy conquering the world of gaming: their first feature film Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva is on the way to Europe later this year, and this triple-disc boxset wants you to know about it.Graphically resplendent and rather enjoyable WiiWare platformer Jett Rocket has been making waves since landing in June, and those who've clocked the adventure may have already seen this closing screen that hints at a reappearance for the jumpsuited Jett. Well, don't expect to see him repeating his platforming antics in the next title as Shin'en's Project Manager Manfred Linzner spoke about Jett's return in a recent interview with The Bit Block.
Interviewer: After completing Jett Rocket players are shown a screen during the credits which mentions Jett Rocket 2. Is there anything you can possibly tell us about the game’s sequel at this time?As well as teasing the series' future, Mr Linzner also discussed his feelings about episodic titles, saying:
Manfred Linzner: Jett Rocket [will] come back. And maybe in a different way then expected. That's all I can say right now.
We don’t like to have our customers paying twice or triple for a similiar experience. So I doubt we will ever do something like that. That rules out Jett Rocket: Episode Two, then. What possible incarnations of Jett might we see in the future? Let us know your thoughts.
God it's good to be back reporting for @nintendolife :)
No, you cannot see it
There's been plenty of speculation over the years about how all the different Legend of Zelda games fit together: is Link to the Past before Ocarina of Time? Which came first, Minish Cap or Majora's Mask? Despite some outstanding efforts regrettably Nintendo has never informed fans the exact order in which the games happen, if there is even a solid chronology. The good news is that there is: the bad news is you won't find out.Got it?
With its 90-degree turns and grid-based gameplay, Tetris takes a few liberties with the laws of physics (not to mention why these blocks are dropping and disappear once adjoined.) But what if its physics were a little more fluid; a little more unforgiving? That's what Not Tetris is all about.
