Analogue sticks and steering wheels make beautiful music when controlling racing games, but now Kinect's on the scene a lot of teams are willing to ditch the controller in favour of a totally hands-free experience, but not everyone is convinced of the sensor's suitability to the genre.
18-in-1 slightly more conservative
Snakebyte, MadCatz and more are all cracking their collective knuckles ahead of the 3DS accessory war about to unfold next month, offering small collections of accessories that represent value. CTA Digital is taking a slightly different approach, cramming their kits with up to 22 accessories at once.
3DS goes retro
3DS's catalogue contains an array of games released on past consoles, particularly the Nintendo 64, with Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Star Fox 64 3D being just two. It doesn't stop there though, as Namco Bandai is preparing to go back even further – to the 1980s, in fact – for the inspiration for its 3DS title Pac-Man & Galaga.
Crammed with new content
You've played Cave Story on WiiWare and may even have dabbled in a spot of Cave Story on DSiWare, but if you haven't yet had your fill of Pixel and Nicalis's side-scrolling action platformer you'll be excited to hear the game is on its way to 3DS with brand new content.
Judging from the complete clips list from Yoostar 2, the movie karaoke game coming from Blitz Games Studios and Yoostar Entertainment Group out on Kinect next month, there should be something for everyone.
