Jillian Michaels is really working herself into a video game-related frenzy these days: she's already appeared on The Biggest Loser: Ultimate Workout and later this year her buns of steel will be challenging you to push yourself to your limits (we assume) in Jillian Michaels' Fitness Adventure.

There haven't been many new franchises so far in 3DS's short life so far, but RPG masters Square Enix and handheld specialists n-Space are busy preparing a very promising new IP for release in 2012: Heroes of Ruin. We recently went hands-on with the game, and from our early impressions it's one that should hit your radar.
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is going to use Kinect, though we're not entirely sure how just yet. What we can tell you is that if you pre-order the game you'll receive exclusive content to make your Xbox just a little more Halo-y.
Carnival Games: In Action (or Carnival Games: Monkey See, Monkey Do) is no stranger to downloadable content, and there's an extra set available now in the corkscrew shape of the Coasterama.
Capcom COO cagey
The third party Wii U games video shown at E3 had plenty of talking heads, but not all of them had games to show off. Some big names weren't present at all however, with Capcom a notable absentee from the jollity. That could all change in September though, according to Capcom COO David Reeves.

Yuji Naka, the father of Sonic the Hedgehog, has released a few games on Wii since starting up Prope: Let's Tap and accompanying WiiWare condiment Let's Catch, as well as the cutesy Ivy the Kiwi?. As with all developers however he's not had a 100% release record, and one of the projects that never made it to release came to light in a recent Iwata Asks discussion for Wii Play Motion.
