Living up to the name?
A lot has been written about Griptonite Games' forthcoming attempt to resurrect the classic SEGA franchise Shinobi for 3DS. Not everyone is on board with the game's graphical direction, but it's certainly looking stylish in these new screenshots below.
Sony steps up
While the announcement of Move Fitness was a surprise to some, it really shouldn't be: Sony's lack of a fitness title has meant it's missed out on a lucrative market for PlayStation Move, but that will change later this year.

Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games is racing towards the Wii finish line later this year, with a 3DS version due out — perhaps more appropriately — in early 2012. We now have a new trailer for the game, likely to be the introductory video getting you all into the Olympic spirit.
We can hear the music now
SEGA just dropped a bunch of screenshots for its upcoming 3DS hedgehog romp Sonic Generations showing the evergreen mascot racing through the Mushroom Hill Zone from 1994's Sonic & Knuckles.
And out in December
Kirby is back to suck at Christmas again, as Nintendo has announced that Kirby's Adventure Wii will reach Europe in December.

Not really much different
Anyone expecting a huge change for the upcoming Wii redesign might be disappointed that the console has only undergone a slight alteration, as Eurogamer's first image proves.
Capcom has supported Virtual Console on Wii for years, so it's good to see it getting behind the 3DS Virtual Console with the same gusto.
Promise
So far we've only seen third-party download game in the Nintendo 3DS eShop, the decent but could-do-better Let's Golf! 3D. That offering is set to multiply significantly by year's end though, as Nintendo announces the 3DS download games on the way before 2012.
The trio completed
Xenoblade Chronicles is out in Europe this Friday, but those gamers who thought it was part of Wii's last hurrah might want to rethink that, as Nintendo has confirmed that both The Last Story and Pandora's Tower will see the light of day in Europe in 2012.
