Capcom Committed to Monster Hunter in the West

Wants it to be big

Monster Hunter 3 (~Tri) is the only taste of Monster Hunting action Nintendo fans in Europe and North America have been able to savour, but it's safe to say it's left them wanting more if the interest in Monster Hunter 3 G and Monster Hunter 4 is anything to go by. Nintendo Download: 8th December 2011 (Europe)

Pull those blox!

The big release this week is the new puzzler from Intelligent Systems, but we should also highlight this week sees only the second Game Boy Color game to hit the 3DS Virtual Console after The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX in June. Let's see what's on the platter this week.

Nintendo 3DS Download Software

Pullblox (Nintendo, €6/£5.40) — This push-and-pull puzzler comes from Fire Emblem and Advance Wars team Intelligent Systems, with the ability to create and share your own puzzles with other users. Our upcoming review will let you know if it's got what it takes.

3DS Virtual Console

Blaster Master: Enemy Below (Game Boy Color, Sunsoft, €5/£4.50) — Just a few weeks after Japan saw this release, we now have it in Europe. It may not be the most remarkable game in the Game Boy Color's library, but as it doubles the GBC library on 3DS we're not complaining. Full review on the way soon.

DSiWare

Bloons TD 3 (Digital Goldfish, 500pts) — Simply called Bloons TD in North America, this game of intelligent balloons isn't bad but isn't likely to compete for your time or money this week. Check out our Bloons TD review for the full lowdown.
