The Wii has played host to countless sports games since the days of Wii Sports, with everything from cricket to compendiums, but WiiWare's about to receive one of the more unusual sporting outings in the form of Target Toss Pro: Lawn Darts.
Turn that racket off
Ubisoft’s Racket Sports ('Racquet Sports' in North America) started life on Wii as Racquet Sports Party, a multiplayer waggle-fest that was one of few games to employ Ubi’s Wii camera to allow controller-free gameplay. Since then it’s received an overhaul in the graphical and control departments, but it’s only a sheep in wolf’s clothing.
Whilst this week's update may not quite match last week's in terms of Move content overload, it does bring some brand new additions to the discerning Move gamer's options in the form of (nearly) chart-conquering title Sports Champions.
Room for one more puzzle game
DSiWare is a pretty crowded place for puzzle games, so the announcement of one more is generally met with more than a little world-weariness. When the team behind the announcement is Two Tribes, the studio responsible for Rubik's Puzzle Galaxy: RUSH and Toki Tori, you might be a bit more inclined to show interest.

Some strong contenders
Hyperkin's Sporting Victory accessories were squarely aimed at those gamers who wanted a bit of Sports Champions action on the Move, but that's not to say there's a huge wealth of as-yet untapped peripheral possibilities. Rival accessory manufacturer Eagle3 has zeroed in on some of the possibilities with a new range of snap-on add-ons, varying from the beautiful to the baffling.
