High price for hedgehog heaven
Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 is one of WiiWare's most anticipated games, either because of or despite the claims it will bring Sonic back to his glory days, depending on your point of view. Flagship WiiWare titles don't come cheap however, and the latest issue of Nintendo Power claims Sonic's next outing will set you back a sizeable 1,500 Wii Points.
Better late than never
Thorium Wars, believe it or not, was released in North America in October 2009, and until now hadn't troubled European gamers' radars. Now the space adventure is set to land on European DSi consoles on Friday, October 8th, for a cheaper-than-in-North-America 800 Nintendo Points.
Slight dip for flagship title whilst others climb
Sports Champions made it to number 2 in the UK charts in its first weekend of sale, a surprising but pleasing achievement for Sony's top Move title. Now the perennial slew of high-profile releases has begun in earnest, with last week seeing F1 2010, Dead Rising 2 and Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock all released across multiple formats, with Sports Champions managing to stick it out in the top 5.
Title joins Greatest Hits range Stateside
Move is coming to MAG in October, and to entice further shooter fans who haven't yet picked up Sony's 256-player battle royale the game is set to receive a price drop as part of Sony's Greatest Hits line-up.
