Western developer up for a sequel
Square Enix's Super Nintendo RPG Chrono Trigger is a masterpiece of storytelling and revered by Nintendo fans around the world, and Western developer Obsidian Entertainment thinks it could do a good job of updating the series.

You may remember a few months ago Japanese developer Grasshopper Manufacture hosted a live webcast in celebration of the European release of No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle. It seems the show was successful, as the studio's new weekly audio podcast started last Friday.

WiiWare's virtual pet shop is getting fuller all the time, with Zoo Disc Golf, My Zoo and My Aquarium among the animal-filled attractions on offer. Nintendo itself is entering the furry fray this week, with Zenquaria: Virtual Aquarium on the way to Europe for 600 Points.
Rising Soul up for two weeks
Monster Hunter Tri's event quests keep on bringing the new content, with the new quest Sea Power letting qualified hunters grab themselves the new Rising Soul sword. Fancy your chances? Here's the lowdown straight from Capcom:The new event quest, Sea Power, throws you into a battle versus two Lagiacrus. This quest is definitely made for seasoned hunters. First, you'll need a hunter rank of at least 40 to join the quest. Second, it's in the water arena. It's sort of like swimming in a kiddie pool with your three friends and a 6,000lb blue alligator. Once you beat the crap out of the first Lagia, you'll be immediately pitted against another.

Tiny bird to fly to WiiWare and DSiWare
Last month we brought you our First Impressions of upcoming PROPE project Ivy the Kiwi?, as well as an exclusive interview with the game's creator Yuji Naka. In Japan, the game received small versions available via WiiWare and DSiWare, so naturally our intrepid reporter Corbie Dillard asked about the possibility of these games heading to the West, to which Mr Naka replied:We're looking into it right now, but we're still not sure if we can bring it over to the US or Europe right now.With Rising Star Games previously confirming they'll bring the full games and their Mini counterparts to Europe, North America will also be able to get some downloadable kiwi fun as the ESRB has rated both games as E for Everyone with Comic Mischief.
