A science fiction FPS on DS? Lunacy!

The DS’s heritage for first-person shooters has been a little – wait for it! – hit and miss over the years, with Metroid Prime: Hunters singlehandedly flying the flag as titles such as GoldenEye: Rogue Agent drag the poor machine’s name through the dirt. One developer determined to craft the handheld’s definitive first-person experience is Renegade Kid, whose first title Dementium: The Ward took a horror-based approach to the genre, but Moon sees them taking the FPS into sci-fi territory.

Review: Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 Takes to the Field in Autumn

Although the Pro Evolution Soccer games have lost major ground to EA Sport's juggernaut FIFA franchise in recent years, Konami's flagship sporting series has shown remarkable form when turning out for Nintendo's Wii, with 2008 and last year's 2009 release showing off some pretty moves. The only real downside has been the long wait between the game's release on HD consoles and its Wii appearance, but that's all about to change with PES 2010 set for release on Wii this Autumn.
