Hey Hiro, great to hear from you again!

Glad to know you're a kindred spirit when it comes to console collecting!

The main differences between the UK and US consoles really are just the 50/60Hz output, as well as the region locks. As far as I know there's no huge differences, but there could be!

There's one console that's US-only, though - the battery-eating monster that is the Nomad. I'd never get one, unless it were free, because from everything I've heard they're just not that good.

Thanks for coming back and commenting!

Hey there James!

Long time, no-post. I still have my subscription, so I read now and then.

This little post reminded me of my love for Nintendo. I have always tried to get every console, accesory and game with Ninty's mark on it, but it is tough work. The Virtual Boy is a holy grail of sorts in my case.

I know I'll get my greedy hands on one, someday.

Is there a difference between the American and UK Genesis? Have you ever thought of getting foreign Sega consoles?

See you soon!
