Burning Rangers is still one of my favourite Saturn games, despite it being a bit ropey in places. I think they could do a lot with it on some of the new consoles, particularly the 360. I’ve love to see it available on Virtual Console or Live Arcade, but I’m not sure it’s a big enough title for that.

I would have loved to have seen the randomised levels feature in Phantasy Star Online, though as an option instead of a default setting. There’s only so many times you can play the same map, so a feature to randomise things for quests would have been very nice.

You’ll be pleased to hear that Konami are sticking with the Boktai idea – Lunar Knights should be out soon, which is practically the same game but on DS, with two new characters. Rejoice!

I haven’t heard of the game you mention, but I’ll have a search for it in a minute. It sounds right up my alley. Cheers!

I never noticed the site was different, mainly cos I havent seen it in so long
There was a wonderfully innovative game that vanished into the mists called Sentient, being a real time puzzley thingummie, whereby saving characters lives (or doing other stuff) got all the other characters talking about it, changing their moods and sending you messages over the space station intercom. While admittedly not really an actiony type like Burning Rangers, it did have similar replayability in that all the characters wandered around and there were different reactions and emergencies each time you played. Except for the irritating opening sequence.
Found the boktai message and slightly embarrased that I never mailed you. I do hope you are well, your writings seem to indicate so.
